1. No Refund Policy

Important: All subscription payments are non-refundable.

Once a subscription payment has been processed, it is non-refundable. This applies to:

  • Initial subscription payments
  • Recurring subscription renewals
  • Subscription upgrades or plan changes
  • Partial billing periods

We encourage you to carefully evaluate our services using our free tier before committing to a paid subscription. This allows you to understand the platform's features and determine if it meets your needs.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Here's what happens when you cancel:

  • Continued Access: Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have full access to all paid features until that date.
  • No Prorated Refunds: You will not receive a refund for any unused portion of your subscription period.
  • Automatic Downgrade: After your billing period ends, your account will be downgraded to the free tier. Your data and settings will be preserved, but access to paid features will be restricted.
  • Reactivation: You can reactivate your subscription at any time by subscribing again through your account settings.

3. How to Cancel Your Subscription

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Log in to your Snoo Grow account.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Subscription.
  3. Click on "Cancel Subscription" or "Manage Subscription."
  4. Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.

You will receive an email confirmation once your cancellation has been processed. The email will include the date when your current subscription period ends.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

While our general policy is no refunds, we may consider exceptions in rare circumstances, including:

  • Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription period due to a technical error.
  • Unauthorized Transactions: If you can demonstrate that a transaction was made without your authorization.
  • Extended Service Outage: If our platform experiences significant downtime that prevents you from using the service.

Any such requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. To request a review, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.
